Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Returns
We only accept returns if the item(s) were damaged during delivery.  In all other cases, all sales are final, and items are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at support@marlasdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, we’re happy to help with exchanges, subject to availability.
